I and we are known as 'first person', (This book define the 'first person' is someone we think about when the ship goes down!) You(singluar and plural( are second perosn) He, she an dit(singular) and they(plural) are third persons.

목표설정이론

 목표설정(Goal-setting)이론에서 명확하고 도전감을 불러일으킬 수 있는 목표가 성과에 미치는 영향은 주목할만하다. 따라서 HRD담당자는 직원들의 목표설정에 관심을 기울이고 이에 대한 이론적 근거를 알고 있는 것이 필요합니다.   1960년대 로크(E.A Locke)는 목표를 달성하고자 하는 의도가 직무에 대한 동기부여의 주요원천이라는 주장을 하였다. 이 주장은 보다 명확한 목표일수록, 만약 받아들여지기만 한다면 달성하기 어려운 목표일수록 더 높은 성과를 가져온다는 내용이다.   또한 목표설정과정에 직원을 참여시키는 것이 항상 바람직스러운지 여부에 대해서는 단정할 수 없지만 목표가 어려워서 잘 받아들여지지 않을 것으로 판단되는 상황에서는 참여를 통한 목표설정이 도움을 줄 수 있다는 것이다.   그렇다면 왜 목표는 행동유인 요소로 작용할까? 가장 설득력이 있는 것은 설정된 목표의 성취는 사람들에게 성취감을 주는 역할을 하므로 행동유인 요소로소 작용을 한다는 것이다. 그렇다면 목표가 동기요인이 되기 위해서는 몇 가지 고려해야할 점이 있다.   1) 너무 성취하기 쉬운 목표는 인간에게 성취감을 주지 못하므로 관심의 대상이 될 수 없다. 또한 너무 목표 자체가 이상적이거나 성취할 가능성이 희박한 목표는 노력한 대가를 얻을 수 없기 때문에 사람들은 쉽게 포기해 버린다.   2) 목표의 명확성(明確性)이다. 추상적이고 불명확한 목표는 사람들의 행동요인으로서 작용자지 못하며 가능한 한 목표 자체가 무엇을 언제 어떻게 성취되어야 하는지 구체적으로 명시되었을 때 도전의 대상이 된다는 것이다.   3) 목표 설정에서 중요한 것은 목표 자체를 자신이 의미있는 것으로 받아들여야 한다는 것이다. 아무리 구체적이고 성취의욕을 유인할 수 있는 목표라고 할지라도 그 목표를 받아들이는 입장에서 큰 의미를 부여할 수 없다면 행동의 유인요소가 될 수 없다. 그러므로 기업에...

Verb, exception of 1 person present tense 동사의 1인칭 단수 변화(현재) 예외성

1. -er, -ir 종결 동사의 -go 보통 -er,-ir 종결 동사의 1인칭에는 -o 앞에 g가 삽입된다. 예를 들어, call의 llamar의 경우 llamo가 되지만, salir의 경우 salgo로. 단, 다른 인칭의 현재 변화에서는 그대로 변화한다.  Salir Salgo, sales, sale, salimos, salis, salen. 2.  Venir (to come) behaves like  tener , but with  -ir  endings vengo, vienes, viene,vienimos, venis, vienen 3. -oy 종결형 동사도 존재한다.  ser(to be) I'm - soy        I give(dar) - doy  dar =>   doy, das, da, damos, dais, dan  ir    =>   voy, vas, va, vamos, vais, van estar => estoy, estás, está, estamos, estáis,  están 4. 기타 불규칙 변화 동사 : saber(to know), ver(to see) saber => sé, sabes, sabe, sabimos, sabéis, saben ver =>     veo, ves, ve, vemos, véis, ven 5. -ecer, -ocer, -ucer 는 -zco로 변화한다.
